There are lots of blogs out there dedicated to throwing awesome parties, and so it shouldn't be a surprise that The Hostess with the Mostess has a wonderfully ghoulish post on throwing a totally glam Hallows Eve party.
To me it looks like that centerpiece is filled with orange m&m's. Yum.
